Review 16: Zali Luna, Movie star. by Emma Jamvold

Dear reader,

Zali Luna is just a normal 16 year old girl.
Besides her friends, family and her pretty normal and boring life in Australia. Zali her life is pretty extraordinary , because she is about to become a movie star! She heads of to Sydney to play a role in this big movie, directed by this famous director, playing with these famous movie stars. And as if that isn't overwelming enough, she has to kiss her fellow actor. The dashing and beautiful Oliver Lamond. One little problem she is probably the only 16 year old girl who has never been kissed!!
Zali has to face her fears and figure out how she is going to pull of being a movie star in this big hollywood world. And choose between a dashing movie star and a beautiful driver.

A couple of weeks ago the wirter of this book, Emma Jamvold, contacted me via Goodreads and asked if I wanted to read her book and review it. And ofcourse I was not going to say no.
I quite enjoyed this book, the story line sounded fun to read. But it was not quite what I expected. The main character, Zali, is really obsessing with kissing and crushing on this actor that sometimes it looked like she was not fully aware of the fact that she was acting in a movie. But eventhough sometimes it was a bit anoyying thay she was obsessing with Oliver, it was also quite hilarious to read. Thinking that there was nothing more terrifying  in the world then kissing. I really hope the wirter is also thinking about a second one on this, where Zali is a bit older and more mature AND still a movie star!!!! If you like a lighthearted, funny and cute YA novel, then you have to read this one! I gave it 4 stars on Goodreads!
