Demi recommends: Romantic Comedy.

Dear reader,

A new concept, Bookemi recommends!
It is basiccly a post with a particular genre in which I will reccomend one book, one movie and one TV shows. So let's begin!

Book:
I reccomend Fangirl By Rainbow Rowell.
This book is amazeballs. It is relatable as a fangirl, fun and makes you believe in love again :)
Summary from Goodreads:

Cath is a Simon Snow fan.
Okay, the whole world is a Simon Snow fan...
But for Cath, being a fan is her life—and she’s really good at it. She and her twin sister, Wren, ensconced themselves in the Simon Snow series when they were just kids; it’s what got them through their mother leaving. Reading. Rereading. Hanging out in Simon Snow forums, writing Simon Snow fan fiction, dressing up like the characters for every movie premiere.
Cath’s sister has mostly grown away from fandom, but Cath can’t let go. She doesn’t want to.
Now that they’re going to college, Wren has told Cath she doesn’t want to be roommates. Cath is on her own, completely outside of her comfort zone. She’s got a surly roommate with a charming, always-around boyfriend, a fiction-writing professor who thinks fan fiction is the end of the civilized world, a handsome classmate who only wants to talk about words... And she can’t stop worrying about her dad, who’s loving and fragile and has never really been alone.
For Cath, the question is: Can she do this?
Can she make it without Wren holding her hand? Is she ready to start living her own life? Writing her own stories?
And does she even want to move on if it means leaving Simon Snow behind

Movie:
So this one has to be easy because I watch alot of movies and like almost every movie in the romantic comedy genre. So I chose Love, rosie with Lilly Collins (known from the mortal instruments) and Sam Claflin (known from the hunger games movies). This movie is a romantic comedy, but with a drama dressing. It looks like a movie where you can predict what will happend, but on the contrary! It had a few plot twists here and there.  I gave it 8 out of 10 stars and overall it got 7,2 stars out of 10. So yes, I enjoyed seeing this adorable movie.
The summary:

Rosie and Alex have been best friends since they were 5, so they couldn't possibly be right for one another... or could they? When it comes to love, life and making the right choices, these two are their own worst enemies.

TV show:
Okay this TV show is the most romantic comedy show ever. It is a very lighthearted show! this might not be the most amazing show ever, or it will never have a great story line. BUT if we are talking about a good old romantic comedy, it ticks all the boxes! A highschool girl, a group of friends, a fun life and a hot guy! I am talking about The Carrie Diaries! It has only two seasons but it is worth watching.
The summary:

Carrie Bradshaw is in her junior year of highschool in the early 1980s. She asks het first questions about love, sex, friendship and family while navigating the worlds of high school and Manhattan.

I gave it 8 out of 10 stars and overall it got 7 stars.
