May favourites!

Dear reader,

May has already flown away and it was a month of ups and downs! for sure!
But some things stuck with me through this months so read along to find my May favourites..

Beauty:

  • My NYX lipstick!
    I was on my way to buy a freshly new foundation i stumbled on a few lipsticks from NYX that I had never seen before. And I had been craving a new matt nude lipstick that would be long lasting. So when I saw this range I thought might as well try it out. And this one is amazing! It is a nude that doesn't fade away, so it still looks like you are wearing lipstick and it clears up matt very well! It is longlasting but after a few drinks you do need to apply again. It was about 8 euros but I say deffinitley worth it, I look forward to try the other ones of the range as well.
  • The Catrice Primer
    A primer? No, I did not used it and never knew if it even was that necessary. But when I was in a drugstore called Kruidvat here, I stumbled upon a primer that said 'Reduces pores'. And I have been saying for the past 12 months that my pores are the size of the moon so might as well check it out! And after using it for a good week I can say that it actually works! My pores are reducing size, slowly but steady. It was about 6 euros.

  • Holding up the Universe from Jennifer Niven:
    Wow what book! It is well written, like you are actually living the lifes of these characters.
    It is a story with drama, coming to age, romantic and humor.
