Testing Sleek Blushes!

Dear reader,

I went on a make-up buying spree the other day and decided I wanten to try out the Sleek blushes a lot of people have been raging about. So after some research on youtube I picked three different blushes on Beauty88.

Sleek Blush, Flushed 935:
The thing I loved most about this blush is that you can use it for both a sutible pink look and a more heavy red look. It is very pigmented and goes on very easy. The only thing that is a little downside is that is sometimes give some pink spots but if you use a good brush (I use the Real Techniques blush brush) it works great. On the 1st picture you see the blush on the pallete, and on the second one on my hand. I give this blush an 8/10!

Sleek Blush, Live's a Peach 922:
When I looked up reviews on this one I thought it would be more of a light pink shade but then I tried it out it turned out to be more of a light brown shade! I do like this one but it is not my favourite. It does not leave spots like the first one, it does blend beautiful! On the picture you see the blush is the packaging and the second one on my arm (So with contour, highlight etc.).

Sleek Blush, Suede 921:
Now, out of these three, this is my fave! It is great for the more bronzed/ brown look.
it blends, like the others, beautiful! Also very pigmented, very soft and just lovely. it goes great together with a heavy contour look! And as the ones above you see the blush in the pallete and the second one on my wrist.

I tried to do pictures with the blushes on but it didn't turn out to good, so I made swatched instead.
Again, the blushes are really good. But nothing is perfect ;) I am planning on making some more testing posts!

Love, me.

  1. The are very dry textured and bit difficult to blend on the dry skin :/ Would you agree?
